Product Questions

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

We recommend measuring your dog’s chest and back, then matching those numbers to our size guide. Our pieces are tailored for small-dog breed proportions, and each size includes up to 5 cm of adjustability for a secure, comfortable fit.

If you’re between sizes, size up for the best movement and comfort.

Can the cooling vest be worn daily in warm climates?

Yes. The vest is lightweight, breathable, and designed for everyday wear in warmer weather. Small dogs who run warm can comfortably use it for regular walks, park outings, or café moments.

Just make sure to monitor your dog in extreme heat — daily cooling gear supports comfort, but doesn’t replace safe heat practices.

What’s the best way to activate and maintain the cooling effect?

The vest works in two ways:
1. Passive cooling: Lightly soak the vest, squeeze out excess water, and let the evaporative mesh do the work.
2. PCM-compatible cooling: Insert a fully frozen PCM pack (1–2 hours of relief depending on heat and activity).
3. Passive cooling + PCM:Combine both methods to extend the cooling duration on hotter days.

Re-wet or replace the PCM if your dog needs longer cooling on hot days.

Is the vest machine washable and easy to care for?

Yes. The vest is designed for simple, everyday care.
Wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry.
Avoid bleach, heat, and tumble drying.
Remove the PCM insert before washing.

Does the fabric stay soft and durable after repeated use?

Yes. Our materials were chosen for long-term comfort and resilience. The ripstop outer, cooling mesh, and in lining are all designed to stay soft, hold their shape, and maintain performance through repeated wear and washes.

Orders and Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary by location, but most Australian orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently only available in Australia

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak periods.

If your order hasn’t moved for several days, contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier to get things moving.

We’re here to help until it arrives safely.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different size or style?

Yes. If the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to arrange an exchange, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Share a photo of the issue, and we’ll replace the item or offer a solution right away.
