Measure your dog's chest and back, then match those numbers to our size guide. Our pieces are made for small-dog shapes, and each size adjusts by up to 5 cm for a snug, comfy fit.

Yes. The vest is light and breathable, made for everyday wear on warm days: walks, the park or a café visit.

Keep an eye on your dog in extreme heat. Cooling gear helps them stay comfy, but it doesn't replace safe hot-day habits.

There are three ways to keep your dog cool:

• Wet it: soak the vest lightly, squeeze out the extra water and let the cooling mesh do the work.
• Add a PCM insert: slide in a fully frozen PCM pack for 1 to 2 hours of cooling, depending on the heat and how active your dog is.
• Use both: wet the vest and add a PCM insert for longer cooling on hotter days.

On really hot days, re-wet the vest or swap in a fresh PCM insert.

Yes, it's easy to care for. Take out the PCM insert, wash cold on a gentle cycle and let it air dry. Skip the bleach, heat and tumble dryer.

Yes. The ripstop outer, cooling mesh and inner lining are chosen to stay soft, hold their shape and keep working wash after wash.

SafeStride's low steps and gentle slope give your dog an easier way up to the sofa or bed, so they don't need to jump. For dogs with a disability or vision impairment, introduce the steps slowly, keep them in the same spot and always supervise. Check with your vet that the steps suit your dog.

SafeStride foam stairs are suitable for dogs weighing up to 15 kg.

We pack orders within 1 to 2 business days. Most Australian orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, and you'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Now and then parcels get held up by the courier, the weather or busy periods. If your order hasn't moved for a few days, get in touch and we'll chase it up with the courier. We're here to help until it arrives safely.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free Australia-wide, and there's no restocking fee. Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund your original payment method.

Yes. If the size isn't quite right, we're happy to swap it, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Tell us the size you need and we'll walk you through it. Exchanges depend on stock.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving it and send a photo of the problem. We'll replace the item or sort out another fix straight away.
